Founded in 2010, we’ve served the greater Denver area and beyond through remodels, new builds and interior design projects from homes to small commercial projects. Our work has included examples of some contrasting projects, styles and locations.

Meet Our Team
Owner and Principal Designer
Lena Samuelson
Lena founded D2D Studio in 2010, and under her leadership it has become a premier Denver-based interior design boutique.
Born in Fairbanks, Alaska, and raised in San Diego, Lena moved east to obtain her BA in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Colorado. While in college, Lena studied abroad at the American Intercontinental University in London. She traveled throughout Europe, including time in Spain, Belgium, and France, refining her eye for aesthetics and deepening her appreciation for the interplay between form and function.
In design and in life, Lena is driven by the conviction that pragmatism and beauty can coexist and that life is better when they do. She thrives on the challenge of bringing together the personal tastes and priorities of those who will share the environment, incorporating small touches that will make it inviting and satisfying for each one. Her priority is to delight her clients by meeting their deepest desires for the space so they will love to spend time in it.
When she’s not designing, you’ll often find Lena playing with and cooking for her two young sons. In her slivers of free time, she enjoys painting, baking bread, exploring, and listening to music.
Interior Designer
Cole Roberts
Cole joined the D2D Studio team in 2020. He holds a degree in Environmental Design with an emphasis in Architecture from the University of Colorado at Boulder. His studies included Interior Design, Architecture, Urban Planning and Landscape design.
An Arizona native, Cole brings discerning taste, passion for Interior Design and memories of his experiences studying abroad in Italy, as well as other world travel. He enjoys cooking, loves to travel and is a true connoisseur and lover of music, having attended countless concerts and music festivals across the country.
